Astarte Capital Partners and SilviPar are pleased to present the SA Impact Forestry Fund (SAIFF) Annual Sustainability Report 2025, highlighting another year of progress in delivering long-term value through responsible commercial forestry.

At SAIFF, sustainability is not an overlay to our investment strategy — it is embedded throughout it. Every investment decision is designed to create long-term value by combining responsible forestry with measurable environmental and social outcomes.

The 2025 report reflects continued progress across our three sustainability pillars: Environmental Responsibility, Social Wellbeing and Strong Governance. It demonstrates how our operations continue to restore degraded landscapes, strengthen biodiversity, support local communities and uphold the highest standards of governance and transparency.

Key highlights from the 2025 report include:

  • Nearly 35,000 hectares planted across the portfolio

  • Approximately 2 million tonnes of COâ‚‚e sequestered during the year

  • More than 22,000 hectares protected for conservation and restoration

  • 78 endangered, threatened and protected (ETP) species monitored across our properties

  • 671 direct jobs supported, with 33% of employees being women

As global demand continues to grow for sustainable timber, nature-based solutions and high-integrity climate investments, we believe responsible commercial forestry has an important role to play in delivering long-term value for investors while protecting and enhancing the natural systems that support communities, biodiversity and climate resilience.

We invite you to explore the full report to learn more about the progress being made across the SAIFF platform and our continued commitment to sustainable forestry and responsible investment.
