Dr. Stavros Siokos Receives the 2026 Leader of Impact Award from UMass Amherst

Dr. Stavros Siokos, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Astarte Capital Partners, has been honoured with the 2026 Leader of Impact Award by the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

The award was presented at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, recognising Stavros' leadership and commitment to creating meaningful impact through investment. The occasion held particular significance for Stavros, who completed his Master's and PhD studies at UMass Amherst.

Reflecting on the recognition, Stavros described it as a “truly emotional and deeply meaningful moment”, noting that receiving the award from the institution that shaped his academic journey brought his career full circle.

The recognition also reflects the investment philosophy at the heart of Astarte. Through our focus on sustainable forestry and regenerative agriculture, we seeks to deliver attractive long-term investment returns alongside lasting environmental and social benefits for communities and nature.

Stavros expressed his gratitude to the Isenberg School of Management, the university community and the professors who supported his academic and professional development.
