We are delighted to share that our impact forestry platform, SAIFF, has been featured as a case study in the latest natural capital research paper published by Investors for Purpose and commissioned by the Palladium: Make It Possible group. The report explores how asset owners are approaching natural capital investments, with SAIFF highlighted as one of the Environmental Agency Pension Fund’s (EAPF) selected investments.

This recognition underscores a core belief that guides our work: delivering strong financial returns alongside meaningful social and environmental impact is not only possible — SAIFF demonstrates it in practice.

Our model is intentionally simple yet fundamentally different. We focus on creating new forests on degraded land, rather than merely managing existing ones. This approach enables us to:

  • Support and revitalise local economies

  • Restore biodiversity and ecological function

  • Build long‑term environmental resilience

  • Generate attractive, stable returns for investors

By growing through forest creation, we ensure that every hectare planted contributes directly to climate mitigation, habitat restoration, and community development.

We are grateful to Investors for Purpose and the Palladium Group for producing such a thoughtful and timely report, and to EAPF for showcasing what we believe is a truly unique forestry fund. Their work highlights the growing importance of nature‑based solutions within institutional portfolios and reinforces the role that high‑integrity forestry strategies can play in addressing global environmental challenges.
