Astarte Capital Partners is pleased to announce that it has joined the International Sustainable Forestry Coalition (ISFC) as its 25th Full Member, further strengthening our engagement with the global sustainable forestry investment community.

The ISFC brings together organisations that collectively manage approximately 32 million hectares of forestry land across 42 countries, united by a mission to advance a circular bioeconomy that benefits climate, nature and people.

The Coalition provides a platform for leading forestry investors and managers to collaborate on the role that responsibly managed forests can play in addressing global challenges, while supporting the continued development of forestry as a long-term institutional asset class.

For Astarte, joining the ISFC closely aligns with our approach to investing in natural capital. Through our sustainable forestry investments in Paraguay, we share the conviction that responsibly managed forests can deliver attractive long-term investment returns alongside meaningful environmental and social impact.

Our forestry strategy seeks to combine the productive use of land with conservation, responsible land management and positive outcomes for local communities. As institutional interest in natural capital continues to develop, collaboration across the industry will be increasingly important in demonstrating how sustainable forestry can contribute to climate and nature objectives while creating long-term economic value.

We look forward to working with ISFC CEO Ross Hampton and fellow members to exchange knowledge, contribute to the development of the sector and strengthen the role of sustainable forestry in addressing global challenges.

We would like to thank the ISFC Board of Directors for the warm welcome and look forward to contributing to the Coalition’s work.
