Dear Partners, Friends, and Colleagues,

As we begin 2026, we would like to thank you for your trust, collaboration, and continued support throughout the past year. We hope the year ahead is a healthy, successful, and rewarding one for you and your teams.
2025 was an exceptional year for Astarte. We made meaningful progress across our strategies in regenerative agriculture, sustainable forestry, and urban regeneration, while further strengthening our position as a global platform for high-integrity, nature-based real asset investing. As we start the new year, we are pleased to share a brief reflection on our key achievements from 2025 and the momentum we are carrying into 2026.
🌲 Sustainable Forestry: Expansion of the SAIFF Platform

We significantly expanded the scale, impact and global relevance of our award-winning sustainable forestry strategy in South America.
Astarte and Silvipar were named Global Impact Fund Manager of the Year by Agri Investor for the second consecutive year.
Completed SAIFF’s land acquisitions, reaching 74,000 hectares under control, with 34,000 hectares planted.
Established Paraguay’s largest private grassland reserve, reconnecting national biodiversity corridors and monitoring 70+ protected species.
Played a catalytic role in the Singapore–Paraguay Article 6 Agreement, positioning Paraguay as a reliable supplier of high-integrity carbon credits.
Launched SA Impact Forestry Fund II (SAIFF II), completing a $80 million first close and targeting $200+ million, building on SAIFF’s successful $325 million close in 2024.
The strategy continues to attract diversified global LP participation across 30+ countries and five continents, with strong re-ups and new investors entering the region for the first time.
SAIFF II enables expansion to 120,000 hectares at full scale, including 84,000 hectares planted with over 93 million trees, with 30% of land permanently conserved and total carbon-removal potential increasing to c.25 million tCO₂.
🌱 Regenerative Agriculture: Launch of TPC II

In partnership with Toesca Asset Management, we launched Toesca Permanent Crops Fund II (TPC II), marking a significant step forward in scaling sustainable, climate-resilient agriculture in Latin America.
$100m first close, backed by one of the most diverse groups of global institutional investors ever backing an Andean agriculture strategy.
Targeting a $350m portfolio across 7,000 hectares of permanent crops (avocados, citrus, and hazelnuts), primarily in Chile, with selective expansion into Peru.
Strengthening global food security through regenerative agriculture at scale, designed to enhance productivity, resilience, and long-term soil and ecosystem health.
Hosted one of the Chile’s largest farmland investment events, “Investing in Natural Capital: The Case for Chilean Farmland”, convening institutional investors, operators, and policymakers to discuss the role of regenerative agriculture and natural capital in global portfolio.
🔨 Urban Regeneration: A year of Execution

Together with our partners at Yoo Capital, we advanced all three urban regeneration projects currently under development.
Shepherds Bush Market: 65% of the scheme is under offer from Imperial College London to deliver UK's largest life sciences incubator. In parallel, 90% of traders have signed pre-lease agreements, supported by a formal endorsement from the traders’ association.
Saville Theatre: Secured planning approval from Camden Council’s Planning Committee. The iconic venue is now leased by Marriott to operate a 220-key CitizenM boutique hotel, alongside a leading live entertainment and performance operator.
Camden Film Quarter: The Camden Council approved the Regis Road Masterplan Vision in March 2025. The full planning application was submitted in October, with detailed approval targeted for Q1 2026.
Camden Film Quarter at Samsung KX: We unveiled our vision to transform Kentish Town into a globally recognized hub for film, television, creativity, and community.
